They provide both Specialist Placements and Alternative Provision Placements across KS3 and KS4, combining academic rigour with vocational opportunity.The RoleThey are seeking a passionate, resilient, and highly motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a dynamic team. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You will play a pivotal part in both supporting classroom teachers and leading small group or 1-to-1 learning interventions.Key Responsibilities:Plan and deliver tailored learning activities to students across KS3 and KS4, accommodating diverse emotional, social, and academic needs.Cover classes in the absence of the teacher, ensuring a consistent, structured, and relational environment.Build strong, trusting relationships with students to help them overcome barriers to learning and engage with both academic and vocational pathways.Collaborate with the wider staff team to implement positive behaviour strategies.What We Are Looking ForQualifications: HLTA status (or equivalent experience/qualifications).Experience: A proven track record of working with children or ..... full job details .....
