This is a superb opportunity for a committed practitioner who enjoys being in the classroom and supporting pupils in their early stages of learning.In this rewarding role, you will provide high-quality classroom cover, deliver targeted interventions, and work closely with teachers to ensure all pupils receive the support and challenge they need to succeed. You will become part of a collaborative and inclusive school community that values professional development and staff wellbeing.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide effective classroom cover across Reception to Year 6 using established lesson plans.Deliver one-to-one and small-group interventions to raise attainment and build confidence.Support teachers in planning and delivering engaging learning experiences.Adapt activities to meet the diverse needs of pupils.Foster positive behaviour and create a nurturing learning environment.Monitor pupil progress and share feedback with colleagues.Contribute actively to the wider life of the school.We Are Looking For Someone WhoHolds HLTA status or has substantial experience in a similar role.Has experience leading learning within a primary school setting.Possesses excellent ..... full job details .....
