ABC Teachers are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a dedicated team in a specialist SEN school in Dudley, West Midlands.About the Role: Support the learning and development of pupils with a range of special educational needs.Work closely with teachers to deliver planned lessons and learning activities.Lead small group and one-to-one sessions, providing targeted interventions to support academic, social, and emotional progress.Assist with classroom management and adapt resources to meet individual learning needs.Help create an inclusive, engaging learning environment where every child can thrive.
