The successful HLTA will work closely with teachers to raise attainment, promote positive behaviour, and help pupils reach their full potential.As an HLTA, you will: Lead small group and one-to-one interventions.Support the planning and delivery of engaging learning activities.Provide classroom cover when required.Assist with pupil progress monitoring and feedback.Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.Work collaboratively with teachers and wider school staff. The ideal HLTA will have: Previous experience working as an HLTA or an experienced Teaching Assistant, ready to step up.HLTA status, Level 4 qualification, or equivalent experience.Strong behaviour management and communication skills.A good understanding of the UK curriculum.A passion for supporting children''s academic and personal development.
