Perspective Education is currently working with a welcoming and well-resourced primary school, seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic HLTA to join their team from September.

About the Role:

This is a full-time role supporting across Key Stages 1 and 2. The successful candidate will:

• Deliver planned lessons in the absence of the teacher

• Support whole-class learning, group interventions, and 1:1 sessions

• Work closely with teachers to raise standards of achievement

• Support pupils with SEND and behavioural needs as required

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• HLTA status or a relevant Level 4 qualification

• Proven experience in a similar classroom-based role

• Confidence leading lessons and managing behaviour effectively

• A proactive, flexible approach and strong communication skills

• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
