The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), delivering targeted interventions, and promoting positive outcomes for all learners.The role will involve working closely with pupils requiring Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) support, leading small-group and individual interventions, and working collaboratively with teaching staff and the SEN team to provide high-quality, personalised support.Key Responsibilities Deliver targeted small-group and one-to-one interventions to support pupils with SEND.Provide tailored support for pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.Assist in implementing individual support plans and strategies to help pupils achieve their academic, social, and emotional goals.Support pupils to develop confidence, resilience, independence, and positive learning behaviours.Work collaboratively ..... full job details .....
