**HLTA - Intervention & Academic Support Specialist**

Aspire People are seeking a skilled **Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)** to focus on **targeted intervention and raising attainment** within a primary school.

This role is perfect for a HLTA who enjoys working closely with small groups and making a measurable impact on pupil progress.

**The Role:**
* Delivering structured intervention sessions in Maths, English, and phonics
* Supporting pupils working below or towards age-related expectations
* Planning and adapting intervention resources where required
* Monitoring, assessing, and tracking pupil progress
* Supporting SATs preparation (KS1/KS2)
* Working closely with teachers and senior leaders to raise attainment

**The Ideal Candidate:**
* HLTA qualification or strong equivalent experience
* Proven experience delivering interventions in a primary setting
* Strong knowledge of the UK primary curriculum
* Confident working independently with small groups
* Organised, proactive, and results-driven
