This is an excellent opportunity for an HLTA looking for a full-time or long-term role, supporting pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4. This role would suit an HLTA with experience supporting pupils with ALN/SEN and/or challenging behaviour, who is confident working in a fast-paced Secondary school environment. The Role As an HLTA in a Secondary school, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school.
