This will be on a day-to-day supply basis with potential of being extended on a more short - term / long - term role. Your duty as a HLTA is to work alongside the class teacher by taking responsibility for teaching in some circumstances under agreed supervision. Sometimes, this may include planning, preparing and delivering learning activities to whole classes/groups; you will be expected to monitor, assess and report back on students'' progress and development. You will be joining a very welcoming, supportive school on a full-time/part-time basis (role dependant). You will be joining the school on a temporary basis, working through a trusted, established supply agency. You may be required to support a mixture of year groups, supporting across all Key Stages.
