Hourly Rate: -21.13 - -23.26
Start Date: October 5, 2026. End Date: October 30, 2026
Working Pattern: Full Time, hybrid working Monday, Tuesday and Thursday on campus
Location: South Kensington
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure the smooth enrolment of undergraduate students.
- Provide outstanding customer service by advising students and staff effectively, both in person and via email, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Occasionally cover reception duties when necessary, contributing to the overall efficiency of the office.
- Manage mass mailings and assist in room bookings and catering arrangements for teaching and meetings.
- Support the distribution of teaching and administrative materials through photocopying and organising tasks.
- Utilise advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, to manage data and create reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Our client is looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a demanding workload with frequently changing priorities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, allowing for effective interaction with staff at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skills.
- A proactive self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision and is adept at solving complex problems creatively.
- A customer-focused approach, with previous experience in a busy administrative role, ideally within the higher education sector.
Desirable Qualifications:
- A degree or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant experience working in a dynamic environment, particularly in higher education.
