High Voltage HV Engineer

Astute''s Power team is partnering with a reputable engineering company to recruit a High Voltage Engineer on a 12 Month contract to support its work winning team within the Power sector.

The High Voltage Engineer role will be a mostly remote position, with occasional visits to sites nationally.

Key skills required for the High Voltage Engineer role

• Electrical Engineering training and experience.
• Strong working knowledge and experience with HV works and design.
• Experience with large scale cable laying or substation projects and experience on national grid projects.
• Confident working from 132Kv upwards.

• Mostly remote role, with occasional visits to sites nationally.
• 12 month contract with strong possibility to extend.
• Mileage expenses for site visits.
• Supporting the companies work winning team for cable laying and substation projects.
