High Value Stewardship Coordinator

Crisis is the national charity for people experiencing homelessness. We believe everyone should have the foundation of a safe, affordable home. Location: Hybrid from our London office, E1, with the requirement to travel as needed. We are open to a range of flexible working options, in line with Crisis'' Hybrid Working Policy. About the role This is an exciting opportunity to join Crisis'' Philanthropy and Development team at a pivotal time, helping to create outstanding experiences for some of our most committed supporters. As Stewardship Coordinator, you will play a central role in delivering high-quality stewardship and engagement activity that builds strong relationships with high-value donors, trusts, foundations and other supporters whose generosity helps power Crisis'' mission to end homelessness. About you You''re highly organised and enjoy coordinating multiple projects, workstreams or communications activities, ensuring deadlines are met and nothing falls through the cracks. You have experience working in fundraising, supporter engagement, customer service or another relationship-focused environment where attention to detail and excellent communication are essential. You''re a confident communicator who can produce clear, accurate and engaging written content for a range of audiences. You are comfortable working with databases and systems, maintaining high-quality records and using data to support planning, delivery and reporting.
