Wolviston Management Services is delighted to be supporting our client with the recruitment of a High Pressure Maintenance First Line Manager (FLM) for their Teesside manufacturing operations. This is an excellent permanent opportunity for an experienced engineering maintenance professional and people leader to take responsibility for a specialist High Pressure Maintenance team within a major petrochemical manufacturing environment. The Role You will lead and develop a team of High Pressure Maintenance Specialists responsible for the safe, efficient and high-quality maintenance and refurbishment of critical equipment and spares supporting the site''s manufacturing operations. With a particular focus on the plant and specialist high-pressure equipment, you will combine hands-on technical understanding with team leadership, maintenance planning, quality assurance and continuous improvement.
