High Needs SEN Teacher - SheffieldLocation: SheffieldContract: Supply / TemporaryStart Date: ASAPPay: 160- 240 per day, depending on experienceTradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for a High Needs SEN Teacher to work within a specialist school in Sheffield, part of a well-established and highly regarded Multi-Academy Trust.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate SEN Teacher to work with secondary-aged pupils with high and complex needs, including autism.The RoleAs a High Needs SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for:Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs.Supporting pupils with complex and high-level SEND, including autism.Creating a calm, structured and inclusive learning environment.Building positive relationships and understanding each pupil''s individual needs.Supporting communication, emotional regulation and behaviour where required.Monitoring progress and adapting teaching strategies accordingly.Supporting pupils'' academic, social and personal development.Following EHCP outcomes, individual education plans and school policies.Experience within a specialist SEN school, autism provision, Alternative Provision or a setting supporting pupils with complex needs would be highly desirable.PayThe role is advertised at 160- 240 per day, depending on experience.Candidates with substantial experience of working with high-needs or complex SEND may be considered towards the higher end of the scale. ..... full job details .....
