Pupils may have significant communication difficulties, complex learning needs, emotional regulation difficulties and challenging behaviours, which can include aggression and behaviours that can be physically demanding to manage.The successful candidate will need to be resilient, patient and nurturing, while also being confident enough to maintain boundaries and remain calm when situations become difficult.
