High Needs Classroom Support - Specialist SEN School Tradewind Recruitment - Rotherham Location: RotherhamPay: £95-£120 per day (depending on experience)Contract: Full-time Term Time Only Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for a High Needs Classroom Support Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in Rotherham, supporting children and young people with complex and high-level additional needs. This is a role for someone who genuinely wants to make a difference, but it is not an easy position. Pupils may have significant communication difficulties, complex learning needs, emotional regulation difficulties and challenging behaviours, which can include aggression and behaviours that can be physically demanding to manage. The successful candidate will need to be resilient, patient and nurturing, while also being confident enough to maintain boundaries and remain calm when situations become difficult. Every day can be different, and you will need to be prepared for the challenges that come with working in a high-needs SEN environment.
