About the Role:

• Collaborate with teaching staff to support the planning, delivery, and assessment of engaging lessons.
• Provide focused instruction to individuals and small groups, delivering targeted support where needed.
• Assist in the creation and adaptation of curriculum resources to enhance learning outcomes.
• Help sustain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
• Oversee and guide other teaching assistants, supporting consistency in classroom practice.
• Play an active role in supporting studentsandrsquo; academic progress and overall development.

The ideal candidate will:

• A HLTA qualification or equivalent is required.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Brings relevant experience in a similar role and a genuine passion for supporting education.
• Flexible and responsive to the evolving needs of students and the classroom environment.
• Committed to creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning experience for every pupil.
