Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - All-Through SEND SchoolLocation: LewishamPay:£120-£150 per day (depending on experience)Hours: Full-Time Monday-Friday 8:30am-3:30pmStart Date: ASAPDress Code: Casual / Dress DownComplete Classroom Services are seeking an experienced and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a supportive all-through SEND school in Lewisham.This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled HLTA who is passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs and is confident working across a range of age groups and abilities.About the Role:Delivering targeted interventions and supporting pupil progressAssisting with the implementation and review of EHCP targetsSupporting students with a range of SEND needs across the schoolManaging and supporting multiple pupils within classroom and intervention settingsRecording and reporting incidents, observations and progress using CPOMSAdapting support strategies to meet individual pupil needs and emotional regulation requirementsWorking closely with teachers, therapists and the wider SEND teamWe''re Looking For Someone Who:Holds a HLTA qualification or has at least 4 years'' experience working as an HLTAHas a strong understanding of EHCPs, report writing and SEND support strategiesHas experience delivering interventions and using Team Teach strategiesIs confident supporting and managing more than one child at a timeHas good basic IT skills and experience using systems such as ..... full job details .....
