High Court Contact Centre Agent

We are looking for a motivated High Court Contact Centre Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be engaging with customers via inbound and outbound calls, SMS, and other channels, working to recover outstanding debts owed through High Court Writs. You will aim to secure payment in full, arrange suitable repayment plans, or progress accounts for further enforcement where necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer contact via telephone and other channels.
- Negotiate payments in full or suitable short-term arrangements.
- Provide customers with accurate advice, guidance, and signposting.
- Meet personal and team KPIs.
- Clearly explain relevant regulations and escalation processes.
- Maintain accurate records and capture customer contact details.
- Liaise with other departments and relevant external bodies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including PCI 3.0 and ISO27001.
- Continually develop your skills and knowledge.
What We Are Looking For:
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Excellent attention to detail
- Customer service or collections experience in a target-driven environment
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good IT skills, including MS Office and database systems
- Organised and able to multitask effectively
- Negotiation skills and the ability to handle challenging conversations positively
- Understanding of the enforcement sector and Taking Control of Goods regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Awareness of vulnerability indicators and the ability to respond appropriately
