Operating within a high care manufacturing environment, the organisation is committed to delivering the highest standards of food safety, quality and compliance. This is a key opportunity for an experienced supervisor to join a fast paced production site where operational excellence and continuous improvement are at the forefront.Your new role As High Care Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations within the high care area, ensuring all activities meet strict food safety and quality standards. You will lead and manage a team of up to 15 staff, driving performance, maintaining discipline and supporting team development.
