HGV2 Driver

About the Role
Apex Resources Limited are currently seeking reliable and experienced Class 2 (HGV) Drivers to join our clients team on a temporary ongoing-basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering goods safely and efficiently while providing excellent service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class 2 (HGV) vehicle for deliveries and collections

• Ensure goods are loaded and secured correctly before transport

• Complete delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records

• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects

• Follow all road safety regulations and company procedures

• Provide professional and friendly customer service at delivery locations

• Plan routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries

Requirements

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence

• Driver CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card

• Previous Class 2 driving experience (min 6 months)

• Good knowledge of UK road regulations

• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
