Looking for a workshop based role in the Reading area? Are you looking for a Monday to Friday job? 45 hours per week, anywhere 6am and 6pm Permanent, Full-time role, Salary up to £60,000p/a This is a role for a Senior HGV Technician who is looking to take their career to the next level into a chargehand or supervisory level. You will be responsible for: - the productivity and overall efficiencies of a busy workshop. - to oversee the day to day activity. - ensuring that Jobs are allocated via a card system to the Vehicle Engineers. - Making sure that the work has been carried to the correct specifications and within the time frames. - Liaise with the Parts Department to ensure the correct equipment is being used to carry out the repairs and to ensure correct stock levels are maintained.
