HGV Workshop Manager Location: Taunton, Somerset Contract: Permanent, Full Time, 42 hours per week Salary: £50,000 base + Overtime rates + Company Van + Benefits Our client is a well-established, drainage and wastewater services company operating across the South West. Working with local water authorities and major construction clients the business plays a key role in maintaining essential infrastructure. With a large and growing fleet of specialist vehicles, they place a strong emphasis on safety, compliance, and operational excellence. They are now looking to appoint a key individual to lead their workshop function. We are recruiting for an experienced HGV Workshop Manager to take ownership of a sizeable mixed fleet including specialist tankers, alongside a fleet of HGVs and vans. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will have direct line management of a HGV fitter, who you will work closely with as well as being responsible for all aspects of fleet maintenance, compliance, and workshop management.
