It s the standards that are set in the workshop that go a long to ensuring customer satisfaction at the other end.You will be carrying out inspections to a varied and diverse fleet.You could be working on main dealer heavy goods vehicles (HGV) refuse collection vehicles, road sweepers, hook loaders, light commercials (vans), trailers and tippers-The type of work you can expect to be carrying out includes (but is not limited to) Routine (and preventative) maintenanceMOT preparationScheduled servicing to DVSA standards6 (or 8) weekly inspectionsCorrection of running defectsChassis and fabrication workHydraulics and pneumaticsImprovement of vehicle standardsElectrical and wiring inspections and corrections Ideally you will be fully qualified ..... full job details .....
