This is an off-the-tools management position, so previous Workshop Controller or equivalent workshop management experience is essential. You will have a strong technical background, having previously worked on the tools as an HGV Technician, and will hold a Level 3 HGV qualification. Experience within an HGV main dealer / dealer environment would be highly desirable. The Role As HGV Workshop Controller, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the workshop, leading and supporting a team of up to 20 members of staff.
