HGV Workshop Controller / HGV Workshop Supervisor / HGV Workshop Manager 

Location: Reading 

Package: £43,000 Basic Salary + Bonus OTE £49,000 + Great Company Benefits

Hours: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm) + 1 in 4 Saturday mornings 

We are looking for an experienced HGV Workshop Controller / HGV Workshop Supervisor / HGV Workshop Manager to work with a specialist, reliable and reputable Commercial Vehicle Fleet Company based around the Reading ara. 

Our client is looking for a passionate and dedicated HGV Workshop Controller / HGV Workshop Supervisor / HGV Workshop Manager to expand their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for and be part of an industry-leading company that looks after and values its employees.

Responsibilities as a HGV Workshop Controller / Supervisor / Manager: 

• Maximise workshop productivity, efficiency and profitability through effective job allocation and labour utilisation.
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of Technicians, ensuring high performance and ongoing training.
• Coordinate with Service, Parts and Warranty teams to ensure smooth day-to-day workshop operations.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, documentation, manufacturer compliance and warranty procedures.
• Ensure workshop equipment, tooling and calibrations are up to date and audit compliant.
• Promote exceptional customer satisfaction while maintaining a safe, clean and organised workshop environment.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, ISO and manufacturer standards, supporting the overall success of the service department.
