HGV Technician Location: MiddlesbroughFull Time PermanentShift Pattern: 4 On, 4 Off - Days Only The Opportunity Wolviston Management Services are pleased to be supporting our client in the recruitment of an experienced HGV Technician to join their established Commercial Vehicle Services team in Middlesbrough. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified HGV Technician to join a well-established organisation operating within the transport, logistics and heavy industrial sector. Working within a busy commercial vehicle workshop, you will be responsible for maintaining both company-owned and customer vehicles, ensuring they remain safe, reliable and fully compliant with DVSA standards. With a 4 on, 4 off day-shift pattern, this position offers an attractive working arrangement alongside a strong benefits package and a varied workload. The Role As HGV Technician, you will carry out planned and reactive maintenance, inspections, diagnostics and repairs across a range of commercial vehicles and associated equipment. Key responsibilities will include: Carrying out routine inspections and preventative maintenance Completing MOT preparation in accordance with DVSA requirements Diagnosing and rectifying vehicle defects Investigating and resolving service and driver-reported faults Using diagnostic equipment to identify and rectify technical issues Accurately completing inspection sheets, job sheets and maintenance records Recording labour time and parts used to support accurate ..... full job details .....
