What You Will Be Doing

As an HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter you will be responsible for:

• Servicing and repairing HGVs to high safety and performance standards
• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults accurately and efficiently as an experienced HGV Mechanic
• Completing accurate and efficient repairs to manufacturer and DVSA standards
• Maintaining job records and compliance documentation
• Working effectively as part of a productive workshop team
• Engaging in ongoing technical training as a Commercial Vehicle Technician

What You Will Need

To be considered as an HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic, HGV Fitter or Commercial Vehicle Technician you will need:

• Proven experience as an HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic or HGV Fitter within a commercial vehicle environment
• Level 3 Heavy Vehicle Maintenance qualification or equivalent
• Strong diagnostic and fault finding skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Class 1 licence (desirable)
