HGV Technician Supervisor - Late Shift Location: KidderminsterSalary: Up to £54,000 basicOTE: Up to £57,000Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:30pm - 10:00pmJob Type: Full-time, Permanent An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced HGV Technician Supervisor / Workshop Supervisor to lead a busy commercial vehicle workshop team on the late shift in Kidderminster. This is a hands-on position combining HGV and LCV vehicle maintenance and repair with day-to-day workshop leadership. You''ll work closely with the Workshop Controller to keep jobs moving, maintain high technical standards and make sure technicians have the support and direction they need throughout the shift. The Role As Late Shift Supervisor, you''ll be the key point of contact for technicians during the shift, helping coordinate workload while remaining technically involved in vehicle maintenance, diagnostics and repairs.
