We are a hiring for a company that is constantly on the grow. They are in need of an experienced permanent HGV Technician. Duties: We have a decent sized fleet of vehicles and trailers that we like to keep in the best of health so day to day you will be running maintenance on our fleet and ensuring they are kept safe, as well as responding to driver reported defects. Duties will include: Repair and maintenance of the fleet in accordance with manufacturer and industry standards. Preparing vehicles and trailers for their 6 weekly inspections Running diagnostics on vehicles utilising a range of equipment. Rectifying driver reportable defects. Tyre checks and maintenance. Pre MOT inspections and preparation. Presenting vehicles for their inspections and MOT. Other general repair and maintenance as required by the management team.
