HGV Technician needed in Huddersfield:
- Basic salary up to £39,780 - Please let me know what you need!
- Overtime available at 1.5x.
- Working Hours - 42.5 hours per week (Flexibility available).
- Work with a great client of ours in a varied vole.
- Our client is seeking applications from passionate HGV Technicians with a level 3 qualification.
- Industry leading training / development provided - became a fully qualified crane engineer!
- Experience working with hydraulic/pneumatic equipment desirable.

My client, a highly respected, family run, commercial vehicle specialist, are seeking a HGV Technician to join their team in Huddersfield. They''re an excellent provider of training and will always strive to further your qualifications so that you can maximise your earning potential and workshop efficiency. What will the successful HGV Technician do£
- Inspect and repair vehicles to DVSA standards including MOT preparation and presentation to test.
- Fault diagnosis including the use of specialist diagnostic equipment.
- General mechanical and electrical repairs.
- Complete job cards and service sheets accurately.
- Display excellent customer service.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines.
The successful HGV Technician will have:
- A Level 3 qualification (City and Guilds / NVQ).
- HGV Class 1 license preferred.
- The ability to work to a high standard.
- Significant workshop experience.
- The ability to work well in a team.
- A can do attitude.
- Confidence working with hydraulic/pneumatic equipment desirable.
- An awareness of the importance of Health and Safety compliance.
- Full UK Drivers License.
The successful HGV Technician will get:
- Basic salary of up to £39,780.
- Optional overtime paid at 1.5x.
- Flexibility in hours.
