Duties of the HGV Technician include: Receiving and reviewing job cards allocated by the workshop controller. Performing routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs. Testing vehicle systems using advanced diagnostic equipment. Examining vehicles for damage or malfunctions and executing repairs or replacements. Relining, adjusting, and replacing brakes and other critical systems. Servicing air conditioning, electrical, heating, and cooling systems.
