HGV Technician

We are currently seeking a HGV Technician on behalf of our Client, an Automotive Commercial Workshop, based in the Southampton area.

The successful HGV Fitter can expect a salary of up to £49,000 with OTE of circa £50,000 with working hours of: Mon - Fri 08:00 - 17:00 - Coffee breaks and Paid Lunch Break at 13:00 (Lunch can range between 30 mins - 60 mins) 

Our Client is looking for a HGV Technician to join their busy team, this is a full-time position and our Client is looking for individuals with previous working experience within the role.

Typical Duties for our client include, but are not limited to:

- Servicing, repair and Maintenance of HGVs
- Completion of Job Sheets and Documentation
- Liaising with the Service Department and Parts Department
- Completion of MOT preparation

Requirements:

- Previous working experience within the role
- Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Excellent mechanical knowledge
- A Class 1 Licence may be beneficial to your application
