HGV Technician

We are currently seeking a HGV Technician on behalf of our Client, an Automotive commercial dealership based in the Gloucester area.

The successful HGV Fitter can expect a salary of up to £35360 with OTE of circa £42500 with rotational working hours.

Our Client is looking for a HGV Technician to join their busy team, this is a full-time position and our Client is looking for individuals with previous working experience within the role.

- Starting hourly rate up to £15-17 per hour over an average 40-hour working week (£35,360 per annum).

- 40-hour week on an early/late shift rota. Week 1: 6:00am-2:30pm Mon-Fri. Week 2: 2:00pm-10:30pm Mon-Fri plus 1 in 2 Saturday mornings paid as overtime 

Typical Duties for our client include, but are not limited to:

- Servicing, repair and Maintenance of HGVs
- Completion of Job Sheets and Documentation
- Liaising with the Service Department and Parts Department
- Completion of MOT preparation

Requirements:

- Previous working experience within the role
- Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Excellent mechanical knowledge
- A Class 1 Licence may be beneficial to your application
