HGV Technician Nights

Are you a fully qualified HGV Fitter, HGV Mechanic, HGV Technician living in the Sheffield area looking for a workshop based role? Night Shift 6pm - 6am Salary up to £54,000p/a Monday night - Thursday night, set 4 nights Permanent - Full time position The role of the HGV Technician:You will be working on a variety of tractor units, flatbeds, curtain sided and rigid vehicles of differing ages. You will be carrying out inspections, repairing and maintaining vehicles within the manufacturer guidelines and timeframes. The type of work as an HGV Technician you can expect to be carrying out includes (but is not limited to) - Routine (and preventative) maintenance - MOT preparation - Scheduled servicing to DVSA standards - 6 (or 8) weekly inspections Requirements for this HGV Technician position: - Ideally you will be fully qualified (City and Guilds), NVQ or equivalent. - Additional accreditations such as IRTEC or an EV qualification would be desirable but not essential. - HGV licence, class 1 or 2 would also be advantageous.
