Working Hours The role operates on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern: 4 nights on: 6:00pm-6:00am 4 days off The Role As an HGV Technician, you will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance and repair of HGVs and trailers, ensuring vehicles are safe, compliant and maintained to a high standard. Duties will include: Servicing, inspection, maintenance and repair of HGVs and trailers Mechanical, electrical, electronic and hydraulic fault finding Diagnosing and repairing vehicle faults Electrical repairs and component replacement Welding and metalwork when required Preparing vehicles for MOT/DVSA inspections Accurately completing job cards and maintenance records Supporting apprentices and other members of the workshop team Carrying out repairs and inspections on workshop equipment when required About You The successful HGV Technician will have: NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent, or proven HGV ..... full job details .....
