HGV Technician Manpower is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced HGV Technician to join their established team in Newmarket on a permanent contract. Are you an experienced LCV/HGV Technician looking for a new challenge? You may already be an experienced HGV Technician, or perhaps a Car/Van Technician looking to broaden your skills and transition into the HGV industry. Key Responsibilities Carrying out routine inspections and repairs to DVSA standards. Diagnosing faults using computer technology and mechanical expertise. Liaising with the Parts Department as required. Servicing and repairing vehicles in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and timescales, including gearboxes, brakes, and suspension systems. Developing and maintaining best practice across all service operations. Participating in the Service Van rota. Completing inspection sheets and job cards accurately and to a high standard. Ensuring all company, franchise, Health and Safety, Environmental, and ISO policies and standards are adhered to. About You Ability to work independently ..... full job details .....
