This is a role suited to someone with at least 5 years’ experience working on HGVs, as you will be carrying out servicing, inspections, fault finding and repairs across trucks and trailers. Carrying out servicing, inspections and general repairs Working across trucks and trailers, with around 70% truck work and 30% trailer work Preparing vehicles for MOT Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults Identifying defects and completing the required repair work Working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems Carrying out basic MIG welding when required What will you need?
