Job Role: HGV Technician Location: Coventry Pay: 21.36 per hour, O/T 32.05 per hour Hours: M-F Day shift Benefits 33 days holiday (increases with service), overtime paid at 1.5 X, Weekly pay, pension, death in service, wellbeing programme, free onsite parking, excellent ongoing training, 2 x 30 minute breaks, cycle to work scheme HGV Technician / Mechanic / Fitter opportunity My client, a well-established fleet maintenance company is actively seeking to employ an experienced HGV or PSV Technician for their site in Coventry. You will be working on an internal fleet of commercial vehicles. This is a permanent role with weekly pay. Role available due to increased workloads with exciting plans to expand the workshop to take on third party work. So a great time to join HGV Technician / Mechanic / Fitter duties You will be working on an inhouse fleet of commercial vehicles to include tractor units, trailers, skip loaders and front loaders Working in a well-equipped workshop, the successful HGV Technician / Mechanic / Fitter will be required to undertake all aspects of vehicle service and maintenance. Duties range from correction of running defects to full vehicle overhauls, diagnostics and everything in between. You will also be required to undertake inspections and pre-MOT checks and undertake any repairs that are required.
