This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, high-performing team with access to market-leading training, tooling support, and fantastic employee perks.Salary: 20-23 an hour, with enhanced pay for night shifts and overtime opportunitiesHours: Various Shifts AvailableLocation: NorthamptonJob Duties:Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on HGVs and LCVs to DVSA standardsDiagnose mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic tools and rectify issues promptlyEnsure all vehicles meet health, safety, and compliance standardsKeep up to date with all relevant DVSA and manufacturer updatesSupport and mentor apprentices as neededFollow work instructions issued by the Workshop Controller or Shift SupervisorActively participate in training and ongoing development initiativesRequirements:Level 3 qualification (City and Guilds, NVQ or equivalent) in Commercial Vehicle MaintenanceProven experience maintaining, repairing, and diagnosing issues on HGVs/LCVsFull UK driving licenceOwn tools (supported by an annual tooling voucher scheme)Ability to work well independently ..... full job details .....
