As an authorised Mercedes-Benz Unimog Service Partner, they support a wide range of specialist vehicles and equipment for customers across multiple industries.The RoleDue to continued growth, our client is looking for an experienced HGV Technician to join their busy workshop team in Cwmbran.You will work in a modern workshop environment alongside an experienced engineering team, carrying out maintenance, repairs and diagnostics on a range of commercial vehicles and specialist equipment.Key Responsibilities Servicing, maintenance and repairs on HGVs and commercial vehiclesCarrying out vehicle inspections and preventative maintenanceDiagnostics and fault-findingCompleting mechanical, electrical and hydraulic repairsMOT preparation and compliance workWorking on specialist vehicles including Mercedes-Benz Unimog productsCompleting job cards and service documentation accuratelyMaintaining high standards of workmanship and safetySupporting workshop efficiency and quality objectives RequirementsEssential NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in HGV, Commercial Vehicle or Heavy Vehicle MaintenancePrevious experience working on HGVs, commercial vehicles or heavy equipmentStrong diagnostic and fault-finding skillsGood ..... full job details .....
