HGV Technician - Earlies and Lates

We are looking for an experienced HGV Technician to join a busy and well-established commercial vehicle workshop.This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and wants to be part of a professional, supportive workshop environment.You will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, repairing and maintaining a wide range of Heavy Goods Vehicles, ensuring they remain safe, reliable and fully compliant with legal and manufacturer standards.The role will involve a mixture of routine servicing, inspections, diagnostics and more complex mechanical, electrical and electronic repairs.Working Hours(Apply online only) or (Apply online only) with 30-min break , alternating each week - Overtime paid at Time and a Half Key Responsibilities Diagnosing, repairing and maintaining HGVs to a high standard Carrying out routine servicing, inspections and preventative maintenance Completing mechanical, electrical and electronic fault diagnosis Identifying faults efficiently and carrying out appropriate repairs Working across a variety of commercial vehicle systems and components Ensuring vehicles meet all relevant safety, legal and compliance requirements Completing accurate job cards and recording work carried out Recording parts used and maintaining clear workshop documentation Working closely with colleagues to minimise vehicle downtime Providing clear technical information where required Using workshop tools, diagnostic equipment and ..... full job details .....
