Duties Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics on HGVs to identify issues and determine necessary repairs. Perform equipment repair, including welding and electrical work as needed. Assemble and disassemble vehicle components, ensuring all parts are functioning correctly. Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to carry out repairs and maintenance tasks. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used for each vehicle. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs and repair status.
