HGV Technician - Days & Afters

Logical Personnel Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a long-established commercial vehicle dealership group for experienced HGV Technicians to join their Carlisle workshop.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and well-equipped workshop with ongoing training, overtime opportunities, and long-term career progression.

The Role

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to HGVs
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
• Complete inspections and preventative maintenance
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with manufacturer guidelines

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
• Previous HGV Technician experience
• Dealership experience advantageous but not essential
• Own tools preferred

Package

• -18.03 per hour basic
• 45-hour working week
• Days & Afters shift pattern
• 06.00 - 15.30 Earlys 13.00 - 22.30 Afters
• Alternate Saturday mornings paid at time and a half
• Overtime available
• Manufacturer training and development
