Are you an experienced HGV Technician looking to take the next step in your career? We''re seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team, ensuring our customers'' vehicles remain safe, reliable, and roadworthy.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out servicing, mechanical and electrical repairs, and preventative maintenance on customer vehicles.

Diagnose faults and complete repairs in compliance with company standards and legislative requirements.

Accurately complete all relevant paperwork and documentation to the required standard.

Ensure work is completed to the highest quality, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Communicate vehicle status effectively through the appropriate channels - including escalation, foreman, service reception, and directly with customers.

Deliver excellent customer service by dealing with all customers promptly, efficiently, and courteously.

Stay up to date with the latest vehicle technologies, DVSA inspection standards, MOT legislation changes, and working practices.

Service and repair electric vehicles (full training provided where required).

About You

Qualified HGV Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).

Strong mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic skills.

Knowledge of DVSA regulations and MOT testing standards is desirable.

Excellent communication skills and a proactive, customer-focused attitude.

Ability to work to high standards in a fast-paced environment.
