HGV Technician

HGV and Trailer Technician, Coventry £50-69k, Mon-Fri, 50 hours per week (time starts from leaving home)  - Flexible start/finish, typically 5am or 6am – 3pm) 

Join a well-established fleet maintenance provider, servicing major household names across the UK, including supermarkets, logistics companies, security firms, and construction suppliers.

As the Mobile / HGV and Trailer Technician, you’ll travel to a single customer site each day, ensuring efficient servicing, maintenance, and repairs on LCVs. With no breakdown or callout work, you’ll enjoy a structured schedule, working 8-9 hours per day in well-equipped on-site workshops.

As the HGV Technician you will:

Travel to one customer site per day (paid travel time)
Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on LCVs
Work in modern, well-equipped workshops at client locations
Enjoy a consistent and structured work schedule

What will you need to have as the HGV Technician

NVQ or IMI Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance
IRTEC Licence (preferred, higher salary offered)Strong trailer technician or HGV technician and other relevant qualifications will be considered

Full UK Driving Licence

Overtime available at x1.5 an 2 x hourly rate
