Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, innovative, and dynamic multi-disciplined, HGV Technician to join their Bishop Auckland team. Job Purpose: To service, maintain and repair vehicle chassis, body and specialist mounted equipment according to the manufacturer s specifications. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Day-to-day service and repair of Heavy Goods Vehicles Run diagnostics on vehicles using a range of equipment Maintain a safe working environment at all times Carry out routine vehicle inspections, routine maintenance, fault finding and repairs Complete technical training when required Complete relevant documentation Provide industry-leading customer service Carry out HGV MOT inspections and preparations HGV Technician, Bishop Auckland Salary up to £43,473.06 pa DOE Overtime paid at 1.5 Monday to Friday and Saturday, Sunday and Bank holiday s at x2 plus day in lieu. Location Bishop Auckland.
