HGV Technician Location: Trafford Park, Manchester Salary: £50,000 £55,000 basic + overtime Overtime: Time and after 45 hours Hours: Monday to Friday, day shifts Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Technician to join a well-established and growing commercial vehicle workshop based in Trafford Park. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled HGV Technician or HGV Mechanic to join a reputable business with a strong customer base and a commitment to maintaining high standards of workmanship. The successful candidate will play an important role within the workshop, carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs across a range of heavy commercial vehicles. The Role As an HGV Technician, your responsibilities will include: Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs on a range of HGVs and commercial vehicles Diagnosing and rectifying mechanical and electrical faults Completing preventative maintenance and vehicle inspections Carrying out repairs efficiently and to a high standard Ensuring all work is completed in line with health, safety and compliance requirements Maintaining accurate records of work completed Working effectively as part of a professional workshop team Supporting the day-to-day operation of the workshop About You We are looking for an experienced and motivated HGV Technician who can demonstrate: Previous experience working as an HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic or Commercial ..... full job details .....
