HGV Technician / Trailer Technician Location: Ford, West Sussex Salary: Up to 55,000 per annum, depending on experience Hours: 45 hours per week, shift-based Start Date: ASAP Training: Specialist training provided The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for an experienced or aspiring HGV Technician / Trailer Technician on behalf of our client, a growing specialist business operating within the heavy haulage, dangerous goods and cryogenic gas sectors. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation providing specialist maintenance, technical training and procurement solutions to the heavy transport industry, working alongside leading operators in the biogas sector. Based at their facility, you will have the opportunity to develop your technical expertise, gain specialist industry knowledge and receive comprehensive training in the maintenance and repair of specialist vehicles and trailers, including ADR assets and cryogenic equipment. Working closely with an experienced Workshop Manager, you will benefit from ongoing development and the opportunity to build a long-term career within a highly specialised and growing industry. Key Responsibilities Vehicle Maintenance and Diagnostics Carry out inspections, servicing, maintenance and repairs on heavy goods vehicles, tractor units and trailers.
