HGV Technician Monday to Friday (Day Shifts) Location: Wincanton, Somerset Hours: 40 hours per week (Day Shifts Only) Pay: Circa £18.00 £18.50 per hour (depending on experience) We re looking for a skilled and dependable HGV Technician to join our team based in Wincanton. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a full-time, permanent position with a Monday to Friday day shift schedule and no weekend work. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HGVs in line with VOSA standards Diagnose and fix mechanical and electrical issues efficiently Conduct safety checks, servicing, and MOT preparations Maintain accurate records of all work completed Ensure all work is carried out in line with health and safety procedures What We''re Looking For: Fully qualified HGV Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) Previous experience working with heavy commercial vehicles Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills HGV licence preferred but not essential Reliable, self-motivated, and a strong team player What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate (£18.00 £18.50) 40-hour work week with consistent Monday to Friday daytime hours Saturday Overtime at enhanced rates Friendly, professional team and modern workshop Ongoing training and career development opportunities ..... full job details .....
